Goal

What determines the links found under My Downloads for Desktop Integration and/or Site Studio?  When the Desktop Integration Suite component and/or Site Studio component are active on the Content Server, clients can be downloaded by end users via the Browser Client -->  My Content Server -->  My Downloads.
