Goal

In Oracle AS 10.1.3 OC4J based environments and in OC4J Standalone installations, there are automatically installed some example pages which aare not suitable for production environments, such as the following

http://host:port/examples/servlets/index.html
http://host:port/examples/jsp/snp/snoop.jsp
http://host:port/examples/jsp/index.html

These pages are exposed as part of the defaultWebApp Web Module that comes by default with Oracle Containers for J2EE, and are not desirable in environments in which other products are already configured, how can you disable or remove the "examples" application from the default web application ?
