Form Font Size not Increasing when Windows Display Is Set to Medium (125%) or Larger (150%) (Doc ID 1527226.1)

Symptoms

 The Windows client display is increased to 125% or 150% but Forms is not affected by the setting.  Forms fonts and size appear the same regardless of the display setting.

Control Panel -> Display

 None.
