Users are Receiving "403 Forbidden" errors and are Unable to Login to Imaging

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Customer environment contains WebLogic Server (WLS) pointing to 2 Active directory domains (one in US and one in Europe). WLS has Virtualize=true set. Half of the Europe users are unable to access the Imaging system. These users are given a 403 Forbidden error after providing their login credentials.
