Cannot Copy Items in DIS When Path Exceeds 255 Characters (Doc ID 1529576.1)

Symptoms

You are using Desktop Integration Suite, and trying to copy a file into a series of nested folders. The copy does not succeed, and you do not see an error message. The total number of characters in the full pathname is greater than 255 characters, including the filename. If you change any part of the path so that it totals less than 255 characters, the copy succeeds.

This issue also occurs when using native WebDAV.
