UCM 10.1.3.5 LinkManager8 Not Able To Identify Some Hyperlinks For HTM Document Types (Doc ID 1530760.1)

Symptoms

A document is checked in and LinkManager8 is used to capture the URL links in the document.
It places the links in the table: MANAGEDLINKS

The file being checked in is a .htm file type. It was a MS-Word document. In MS-Word the option was chosen to save as a htm file and then checked in.

There are relative links that are being picked up, but the External URLs are not being seeing by LinkManager8.

Open up the test htm file in a Text editor.
Find the href entry:

The LinkManager is not reading the href statement after the '<a'
