When "Email" is selected on the Search Result screen from a search launched from the Imaging AXF integration with PeopleSoft, the link generated has a ticket id of NULL:
This occurred after applying Patch 16067652: CUMULATIVE IPM/AXF PATCH 22.214.171.124.0 NUMBER 14 DATE 2013-01-03.
