Goal

When having problems / seeing errors in the Web Cache pages of Fusion Middleware Control we may be interested on getting more details about the exact error. 

This is the diagram to show the different layers involved when performing Web Cache Administration through the FMW Control Web Cache pages:

Note the Web Cache Admin Process must be running, otherwise most of the Web Cache Admin operations will fail and just metrics information can be provided.
