Symptoms
Running Repository Creation Utility (RCU) 11.1.1.x on Windows or Linux desktop to create required schemas.
While RCU is creating some services, the a pop-up is displayed with the following error:
The 'Completion Summary' screen shows some components with 'Failed' status.
