Goal

Oracle MessageQ 5.0 RP26.

CLS process is not starting when Maximum # of clients is set to 1 (Single threaded). It is throwing below error in EVL log file

However, when Maximum # of clients is changed to 2 or higher, CLS is starting without issues.
