Inconsistent Behavior with Check-in Form when Drag-and-Drop is used in Desktop Integration Suite (Doc ID 1535612.1)

Symptoms

When uising an 11g (11.1.1.6.0) WebCenter Content Server, users are seeing inconsistent behavior with the Check-in form when a drag-and-drop action is used in Desktop Integration Suite.  The inconsistent behavior is seen when users have a global rule within WebCenter Content Server which activates on certain criteria.  If the actiavtion criteria are met, the check-in form behavior should be consistent regardless of check-in method.
