Arabic MS Word document conversion to PDF does not change the font alignment (Doc ID 1537909.1)

Symptoms

Arabic documents have the fonts aligned in the opposite direction as against the Left to Right direction which is default. An MS Word document upon conversion does not maintain its original alignment, but changes it. 

The converted PDF document still maintains the Left to Right font alignment.
