Symptoms

With Weblogic 10.3.6 and Apache 1.1.7, stuck thread causes the WLS to hang with very slow response.

A thread dump shows that rhe runnable thread is locking the the resource "0x0000000782a20488" to do the log4j write job and all the other threads are waiting for the lock:
