Text In A Multi-Line Item Is Not Highlighted / Selected When Tab Into The Field (Doc ID 1538149.1)

Symptoms

You have a form with an item that has Multi-Line=Yes and Wrap Style=Word.

From Forms Runtime, you TAB into the field with text data in it, the following behavior is shown:

Forms 10gr2 – highlights all of the text data in that field.
Forms 11.1.1.x – DOES NOT highlight text data. The cursor is positioned at the beginning of the item.
Forms 11.1.2.0 – DOES NOT highlight text data. The cursor is positioned at the beginning of the item.

The TAB shows a change of behavior from Forms 10gR2 to Forms 11g.  The only workaround in Forms 11g is to physically use the mouse to highlight the text.
