Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.6.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using rules and profiles on a framework folder, when adding a content item to the folder using that profile, the security group on the folder information is overwriting the security group on the folder metadata

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the security group on the folder information not be overwritten on the folder metadata

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On a 11.1.1.6.0 + MLR11 + URM adapter system create a rule which changes the security group
2. Add the profile rule to a profile
3. Active the Profile on a test folder
4. Test folder should have assigned metadata, security group (secure), Author (user1), and account (First)
5. Navigate to the test folder and add a content item, when doing so the security group on the Folder Information is overwriting the Security Group on the Folder Metadata.

BUSINESS IMPACT
