Symptoms
When using JSSE with SHA2 certs in the trust keystore, WebLogic Server displays the following message on startup:
The JSSE flag is turned on as described in Oracle documentation:
-Dweblogic.security.SSL.enableJSSE=true

This error only occurs when the ADMIN_URL specified in startManagedWeblogic.sh/cmd
is using https/t3s to communicate with the Admin Server. The issue occurs even Admin Server is up and running.
