The Account Metadata Field in Framework Folders Is Case Sensitive (Doc ID 1539264.1)

Symptoms

The Account field in Framework Folders is case sensitive.

For example, a user with access to the General account can do a standard UCM search, and find documents in the accounts General, general generAl and GENerAL

However, if those documents are checked into a FrameworkFolder, the user will only see documents with the account set to General when he navigates into the folder. Any documents with the account set to general generAl and GENerAL will not display in the folder for the user.
