Query Folder Propagation Will Only Propagate To 50 Items (Doc ID 1539288.1)

Symptoms

Framework Folders allows the creation Query Folders.  Query Folders can be used to do mass metadata updates by propagating a metadata value change in the Query Folder.  However, if the Query Folder contains more than 50 items, not all of the items are changed.  Only a total of 50 items are modified by the propagation.
