Watch Forum Notifications in WebCenter Spaces contain direct links to owc_discussions.

The notification email should provide a url to a watched forum or newly created topic within a group space.
Users should never be taken to owc_discussions board directly.


Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enable notifications.
2. Navigate to a space with discussions enabled.
3. Click Discussions.
4. Click Watch forum.
5. As a different user create a new topic in the forum.
   This should trigger an email notification for the watched forum.
   
   The email notification contains links to owc_discussions instead of a link to the space with the discussion.
