This applies exclusively to MLR10 patch applied on 11.1.1.6.
Symptoms
When MLR10 patch is applied, SOAP requests return the display value of metadata fields instead of their internal value. In other words, if you add the expression IsSoap=1 on the end of the URL, the returned result still shows the display value when it should show the internal value of the searched field.
