Query Folders Showing Total Folder Items Which are Less then the Actual Items Pulled Back from the Query

Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.6.0 version, Content Server
When attempting to view a query folder which has a query pulling back more then 200 items, At the bottom of the page there is a message that reads: "200 of 200 displayed" there is a "Load More Files".
This message is wrong as they query is pulling back more then 200 items in this queryfolder.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
On WebCenterContent 11.1.1.6.0 + MLR 11 with FrameworkFolders enabled, using database metadata search engine and having the following entry set in the config.cfg: DisableTotalItemsSearchQuery=true:
Step 1: Login as any user who can create an folder on the enterprise side
Step 2: Create a query folder with the name of TestQueryFolder that uses a query that returns more then 200 content items
Step 3: Save the Folder
Step 4: Access this folder from WEB UI
