OAM 11gR2: Session Timeout For Default Reset And Password Expiry Warning Pages Are Not Working

How to handle session idle time out in the Reset Password Page and Password Expiry Page in OAM 11g R2?
1) If a users obPasswordChangeFlag is set to 1
2) User logs through OAM and is redirected to the Reset Page
3) User keeps it open for 20 mins [NOTE: Idle time out set to 15 mins]
4) User refreshes the page and still is on the same page
NOTE: Same behavior in the Password Expiry warning page.
