Goal
Case Management uses Lucene indexing to allow users to carry out text based searching across various attributes within Cases and Alerts. The Lucene indexes are held in a number of folders and files within the config directory. If these files have become corrupt they can be rebuilt via a Java Console MBean as described within this article.
