Symptoms
You are using Microsoft SQL Server as your database. When you try to start the WebCenter Content managed server (WCC, formerly UCM), you see this exception (yours may differ slightly):

Your DBA may have changed the security for your WCC JDBC user (default is "DEV_OCS") from the as-installed (by Repository Creation Utility, "RCU") settings.
