RM Interface Is Missing the Scroll-bar In Web Pages Under 'Information' Drop-down List

Symptoms
WebCenter Content 11.1.1.6.0 + URM in Adapter Mode.
There is no scrollbar in web pages under 'Information' drop-down List.
Test Case:
1)Login to WebCenter Content. Change layout to 'Top Menus'
2)Navigate to 'Browse Content' -> 'Contribution folder'. In right side pane, Click Search >> Files
3)Enter search criteria and click search.
4)From 'File Search Results' screen - Click on info icon ‘i’ .
5)From Content Information screen Click on ‘Information’ drop-down list and Select ‘Content Information’ option .
– The screen appears with no scroll-barr to move sideways. Issue happens with all options in the ‘Information’ drop-down list (Content Information, Recent Reviews, and Metadata History).
