Symptoms
For some PC's, Reports Builder takes a very long time (30-40 minutes) to open.
This was working fine until recently.
Other PC's are still okay and Reports Builder opens immediately.
Also, using another Windows account on the problem PC's (Domain Enterprise Administrator user), Reports Builder opens immediately.
Note that Forms Builder opens okay, but has the same problem when opening a canvas.
Changes
One physical printer was removed.
