A publish is failing with this error in the Source environment:

at org.apache.jasper.runtime.HttpJspBase.service(HttpJspBase.java:70)

The Source environment is a cluster of 3 nodes where it was discovered that there is a 9 minute time difference between the nodes.

As a test, customer have turned off two nodes to make the environment a one node instance to avoid the time discrepancy issue. After this was done, publishing works.
