Symptoms

On commit, the following error is reported by Commit Server:

Failed to commit batch <BatchID>. Error Number: 40012, Error: Commit Profile - QAMTR_New - Direct Commit to IPM: The commit driver specified in the profile is not installed or could not be loaded

Changes

 New installation of WebCenter Capture (formerly Oracle Document Capture) on Server 2008.
