Configure UCM To Use New Directory Information Tree (DIT) ldapsuffix (Doc ID 1544012.1)

Symptoms

UCM 10.1.3.5.1

External Active Directory LDAP server.

Trying to configure new LDAP server and DIT suffix for external LDAP by updating the LDAP provider details in the provider admin screen.

providers.hda show the LDAPsuffix is changed, but authenticating users is still using the old LDAPsuffix.

It is picking up the change of LDAP server, so it would appear the providers.hda is being read with the changes.

Not picking up the new changes - the userstorage trace log shows the DN with the old LDAPsuffix is still being used.

 New LDAP server and new LDAPsuffix DN being used.
