Oracle WebCenter Sites - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

After upgrade to WebCenter Sites, calls to AssetDataManager.readAttributes() throws a com.fatwire.assetapi.common.AssetNotExistException when the asset we're trying to read from doesn't exist.

Before Sites AssetDataManager.readAttributes() used to throw a NullPointerException when the asset being read didn't exist or, in older version, it would simply return an empty asset.
