User Attributes Changed in LDAP do not Refresh in User Profile

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After updating a users profile information in Oracle OID e.g. telephone number the change is not reflected on the user profile page in Webcenter Spaces until the Spaces service is restarted.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Make changes to a user's profile in OID
2. Bring up the user's profile in Spaces
3. Notice that the changes are not seen
