User Attributes Changed in LDAP does not Refresh in User Profile (Doc ID 1544525.1)

Symptoms

After updating a users profile information in Oracle OID e.g. telephone number the change is not reflected on the user profile page in Webcenter Spaces until the Spaces service is restarted.

Steps to Reproduce
==================
1. Make changes to a user's profile in OID

2. Bring up the user's profile in Spaces

3. Notice that the changes are not seen
