When setting TMNOTHREADS=Y, cleanupsrv reports LIBTUX_CAT:749 always.

Here is ULOG when doing cleanup:

But this is not impact for the system, just report error message in ULOG

This problem would occur from Tuxedo 1gR1PS1 (11.1.1.2.0) Patch Level 015 to Patch Level 081.
