How To Identify Objects In A Non-approved State (Doc ID 1547090.1)

Goal

Is it possible to check for all the assets that were created in our system that were never approved?
The query "SELECT * FROM ApprovedAssets t1 WHERE t1.targetid=[MYTARGETID] AND t1.tstate<>'A' ", only lists the assets that have been already approved and/or published.
If there are no tools for doing this, which tables store this information?
