Symptoms

Right after a publish session, sometimes accessing an external customer facing page would result in a 503 http Service Unavailable error in the browser.

The environment is setup as such:

Firewall
Loadbalancer
Apache 1, Apache 2
RSS 1, RSS 2
Firewall
CS 1, CS 2
