Symptoms
When Oracle Traffic Director (OTD) is configured as the final the load balancer to a Weblogic Server hosting the Webcenter services, some of the Webcenter portal content, that requires authenticated access, returns failures of "File not found".
The OTD is setup in front of a bunch of Weblogic servers hosting these Web center services. The Oracle Access Manager and Agent is authenticated thru Oracle Apache/OHS before passing to OTD.
As simple diagram showing the flow can be see as follows:
Browser -> Apache(Web)/OHS (OAM/WebGate) -> OTD -> Weblogic (WebCenter)
The issue seen is that when passing thru OTD, the end services seem to indicate that the required authentication information is unavailable.
