Metadata Fields are Empty When Using "Check-In Similar" (Doc ID 1548665.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.6.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying 11.1.1.6.0 MLR 11 or after installing or upgrading to 11.1.1.7
When users use the "Check-In-Similar" feature the new checkin form is blanked out on the new checkin page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that when using the Check-In-Similar feature that most of the fields remain filled out on the new checkin page which is the point of the check-in-similar feature

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From the standard-checkin page Users check a content item into a specific folder and are brought the to the check-in confirmation page.
2. From that page, users are choosing to "Check-in Similar".
3. When the new check-in form is displayed, the folder field is cleared. After some analysis, it is seen that the folder GUID is not passed to the check-in confirmation page, which prevents it from being passed to the next check-in form.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the check-in-similar feature as it was designed
