Symptoms

Running a Coherence environment with -Dtangosol.coherence.management.readonly=true to the JMX node does not prevent JMX clients (e.g. JConsole) from modifying configuration settings (i.e. JMX attributes are still read-write) and JMX operations are also still allowed.
