Symptoms

Some of the issues that could occur due to this partial rollback of the WebCenter Sites environment are the following:
- WebCenter Sites unable to locate elements from the ElementCatalog
- The UI does not render correctly (only partially renders).
- The following type of error may be seen in the sites.log:

[com.fatwire.logging.cs] Unable to locate element. Either incorrect file permission or no such element. {element path and name}
