OAM version: 11.1.1.5.3, but the issue might also apply to any 11g versions.

OAM Server1 unable to authenticate SSO users intermittently

It is observed that OAM managed server instance is unable to authenticate the SSO users.
If there is a restart of the OAM Managed server, then the issue disappears

The below are errors in OAM managed server 1 out logs file...
