Long Execution For The JWSC Task In Weblogic 10.3.6 with XMLBeans and A Lot Of Schemas (Doc ID 1549097.1)

Symptoms

If you create webservice using jwsc with xmlbeans and a lot of schemas, the process takes a lot of time to complete.  The build can take up to 45 minutes, and performance could be impacted as well.

XMLBeansTest.jar are generated using XMLBeans, as per XMLBeans docs.
