Symptoms

When the webservice is created using jwsc with xmlbeans with a lot of schemas, the process takes a lot of time to complete.  The build can take up to 45 minutes, and performance could be impacted as well. 



Changes

Application is migrated from WLS 9.2.4 to WLS 10.3.X or above.
