Site Capture Can Not Be Triggered Correctly By Publish (Doc ID 1549101.1)

Publishes are not triggering site capture after upgrading to Site Capture 1.1.

Target server is correctly saying that the crawl started:

[2013-04-05 15:34:31,152] [INFO ] [http-8443-5] [fatwire.cs.crawler.invoker] Successfully started the crawler for host : [crawlername]

But source server is throwing an error indicating a bad response from target:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not invoke OpenMarket/Xcelerate/PrologActions/Publish/AdvPub/InvokeCrawler on http://targetserver:8080/cs/ContentServer.
