Do the PDF Export Options Still Work if PDF Export is not Checked on the Primary Web-viewable Rendition Page? (Doc ID 1549382.1)

Goal

PDF's are configured to convert with the PDF/A format in the Inbound Refinery (IBR).

     Log into the IBR (http://localhost:16250/ibr) > Go to Conversion Settings > Primary Web Rendition.

     Check the box "Convert to PDF Using PDF Export" > Click PDF Export Options... > select the radial button Produce PDF/A.

The option to use "Convert to PDF Using PDF Export" was unchecked in the IBR:
Log in to the IBR > Primary Web Rendition > Uncheck "Convert to PDF Using PDF Export"

The Content Server > File Formats section has the image/tiff format listed.   The Conversion option was changed from PASSTHRU to Direct PDFExport.

This sets PDF Export to create a PDF file for the native TIF file even if the PDF Export option is not enabled in the IBR.

Is the PDF being created with PDF/A?  Will it use the options set in the PDF Export Options, or are these disabled?
