Given a Template call stack of the following order:
Top --------------------------------------------------------------------------------Bottom
Wrapper Page ---> Layout Template --> Asset Type Template --> Personalised code(CSElement)
The CSElement contains personalised information, which can be different for each visitor.
1. Which Templates should be cached for optimal performance?
