SSXA Application does not Show any Content After Updating the oracle.ucm.ridc.app-lib-11.1.1.ear

Customer applied the updated oracle.ucm.ridc.app-lib-11.1.1.era library in their production environment and it seems that the initial problem "[STUCK] ExecuteThread: was solved. However, one of the sites returned a new error with new provided library. The Site Studio for External Application (SSXA) application does not show any content, as it is not able to connect to the WebCenter Content Server. The site is deployed in another Weblogic server and connects to another WebCenter Content Server fine.
If the library is rolled back to the old library this error does not appear.
