Expiration Date Is Not Copied / Retained When Using "Check In Similar"

Symptoms
When checking in an item and providing a value for the Expiration Date, a subsequent "Check In Similar" does not retain this value and a new Expiration Date needs to be supplied.
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to the document check-in page
- Populate the values and supply a value for the Expiration Date (dOutDate)
- Check in the document
- Click "Check In Similar" (CHECKIN_SIMILAR_FORM)
- Find that the dOutDate / Expiration Date is blank
