Your Forms were designed for lower resolution/smaller screens.  When displayed on larger screens,  the Forms do not expand/re-size proportionally. You desire the Forms to display so that  Forms items fill the screen,  maintain their relative/proportional distances from one another,  and resize as appropriate.

For example, here is how a Form designed for a smaller screen might appear on a larger display ->

When the Form's window is expanded to full size by clicking on the windows resizing icon,  the Form does expand, but its objects do not and remain in the same position ->
