Receive "Error processing name" when looking up groups/ACLs in Active Directory (Doc ID 1556081.1)

Symptoms

Unable to login as a regular user (non-system-default users) after WCS is integrated with Active Directory with ACLs, roles, and sites set up correctly.

With log.filterLevel=trace set in logging.ini, see the following error when a user try to login:

It appears that WCS was able to find the logged in user but had problem when looking up the ACLs of the user.
