SOA 11g: 'Configure' Link in EM SOA Administration Common Properties Fails in a Clustered Managed Server Domain (Doc ID 1556384.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:

When clicking on "Configure" button from EM > SOA-INFRA > SOA Administration > Common Properties, the WebLogic Admin server Console is not started.

An HTTP 404 Error is seen instead.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
-------------------------------------
A browser window to the WL Admin Server console should pop up.

ERROR:
-------------------------------------
NOT FOUND 404,

WHAT IS WORKING:
-------------------------------------
The Weblogic Admin Server console can be started without a problem from a browser window using the URL.
