1. How do you get assets associated to Page assets to show up in the SitePlan tree in the Contributor UI of WebCenter Sites 11gR1, like they do in the Admin UI and in earlier WebCenter Sites versions?

2. How do you get the Content Tree to show content assets, instead of just the parents?
