Symptoms

When attempting to import an archive from once instance of WebCenter Content (WCC) to another while preserving the dID values, the following error is thrown:

Import error for archive 'OracleDBMigrationImp' in collection 'agucmintprod': Unable to execute service INSERT_NEW and function Irevision.
